Mfc-e series mass flow controller is a high-precision, low-temperature
drift and high reliability gas mass flow controller product specially
developed for gas analyzer, mass spectrometer, gas distributor and
other industries. The product is equipped with high-precision flow sensor,
imported solenoid proportional valve, 316L stainless steel gas circuit
seat, etc., which has the advantages of high precision, fast response
speed and good stability. It is easy to operate and can be widely used
in. Output and control signals include: 0-5V analog signal and RS485
digital communication mode.
